Description

Kelly Services is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a busy Law Office located in The Villages, FL 32162.

Pay-$20/hour
Schedule- Mon-Friday 8am-5pm
Duration-  temp for 3 weeks. However, it can become permanent for the right person. 

Start date -ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and Visitor Management: Greeting clients and visitors, directing them appropriately, and ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Communication Management: Answering and directing phone calls, managing emails, and handling other forms of correspondence.
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Filing documents, managing mail and faxes, and performing other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Maintaining Office Supplies: Ensuring the front desk area is stocked with necessary supplies and inventory.
  • Assisting with Client Relations: Handling client complaints or inquiries, and assisting with other client-related tasks.
  • Maintaining a Professional Environment: Keeping the front desk area clean, organized, and professional in appearance.
Required Skills:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized records.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and handle client interactions professionally.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using office equipment, such as phones, computers, and other office software applications.
  • Professionalism: It is crucial to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, representing the law office appropriately.
