Payrate: USD 23.7/hr
Job Responsibilities:
This General Labor Technician role involves performing manual labor tasks—such as loading/unloading, lifting, and moving materials—as well as facility cleaning, setup, and recycling duties. You'll work under supervision, follow clear instructions and protocols, and support the smooth operation of building services in a warehouse or industrial setting.
Job Description:

Unload trucks, move materials, and assist with staging and distribution tasks.

Empty trash, collect and sort recycling, and maintain cleanliness in work and public areas.

Setup conference rooms, auditoriums, cafeterias, and other common spaces as needed.

Clean indoor and outdoor building areas, including sidewalks, entryways, and grounds.

Assist with additional manual labor tasks assigned by supervisors.
Must Haves:
-
At least 7 years of manual labor or facilities support experience.

Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs) with or without assistance.

Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive physical tasks.

Basic understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow instructions.

Dependability and ability to work under supervision in a team environment.
Nice to Haves:

Bilingual (English + another language) for diverse communication.

Experience in warehouse or production environments.

Familiarity with facility maintenance, janitorial or custodial work.

Experience using hand tools or light equipment.

Ability to work in dusty, unconditioned environments.
