Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6AM to 2PM 

Payrate: USD 23.7/hr 

Job Responsibilities:  

This General Labor Technician role involves performing manual labor tasks—such as loading/unloading, lifting, and moving materials—as well as facility cleaning, setup, and recycling duties. You'll work under supervision, follow clear instructions and protocols, and support the smooth operation of building services in a warehouse or industrial setting. 

Job Description:  

  • Unload trucks, move materials, and assist with staging and distribution tasks. 

  • Empty trash, collect and sort recycling, and maintain cleanliness in work and public areas. 

  • Setup conference rooms, auditoriums, cafeterias, and other common spaces as needed. 

  • Clean indoor and outdoor building areas, including sidewalks, entryways, and grounds. 

  • Assist with additional manual labor tasks assigned by supervisors. 

Must Haves: 

  • At least 7 years of manual labor or facilities support experience. 

  • Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs) with or without assistance. 

  • Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive physical tasks. 

  • Basic understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow instructions. 

  • Dependability and ability to work under supervision in a team environment. 

Nice to Haves: 

  • Bilingual (English + another language) for diverse communication. 

  • Experience in warehouse or production environments. 

  • Familiarity with facility maintenance, janitorial or custodial work. 

  • Experience using hand tools or light equipment. 

  • Ability to work in dusty, unconditioned environments.
