Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Technical Training Lead for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in Skillman, NJ (position is remote).

Shift: Remote

Job Opportunity: Global Quality Systems Technical Training Lead

Are you passionate about ensuring global training programs run smoothly and effectively? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can contribute to impactful initiatives? We are seeking a skilled Technical Training Lead to join our Global Quality Systems team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer the Global Training Program and System, providing customer and process support.
  • Oversee project management and execution of the GxP Learning Management System (LMS) across all global sites and functions.
  • Troubleshoot requests from management at multiple sites and contribute to team and individual initiatives.
  • Maintain the Global Consumer Training Program, including serving as technical support for the LMS training community.
  • Collaborate with the LMS Training Lead to implement system improvements and support global system deployments.
  • Act as a Super User within the LMS, assisting with training and development of new associates.
  • Assist with the evolution of the End-to-End Community of Practice (CoP) model.
  • Provide management with ongoing tracking reports on Global Training Metrics and support LMS reports for internal and external audits.
  • Contribute to the Regional Training Community of Practice (COP), ensuring alignment and timely reporting to Consumer Sr. Leadership.
  • Schedule, create content, and facilitate monthly regional Training LMS meetings if applicable.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of Computer-Based Trainings (CBTs) and Instructor Led Trainings (ILTs) in the LMS.
  • Provide site support and coordination for external trainings.
  • Peer review training materials, including Instructional Design for CBTs and ILTs.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in administration of a Learning Management System required.
  • Ability to engage and align with diverse and dispersed organizations and functions.
  • Excellent English language skills and proficiencies in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Significant experience working with LMS administration is required.
