Compensation: $60,000 Base + $40,000+ Commission Potential

Position Overview

We are seeking driven and golf-savvy Golf Sales Representatives to help grow our brand and expand market presence in select regions. Ideal candidates will have a strong passion for golf, a background in golf instruction, PGA affiliation, or golf course management, and the ability to build meaningful relationships within the golf community. This is a higher-level role that combines office-based strategy with regional travel and networking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through referrals, personal networks, and golf industry events.

  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with golf pros, tournament directors, and club managers.

  • Product Presentation: Represent and promote our product lines, including personalized awards and gifts, to golf courses, pro shops, and event planners.

  • Territory Growth: Develop and execute plans to grow your assigned region by tapping into new customer segments and partnerships.

  • PGA Section Events: Maintain a strong presence at local PGA section events and other industry gatherings.

  • Closing & Negotiation: Handle sales negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in golf-related sales, instruction, or golf course management preferred

  • PGA background or strong industry connections are highly desirable

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated and able to manage territory with minimal supervision

  • Passion for golf and deep understanding of the sport and its community

  • Access to reliable transportation and flexibility to travel locally for client visits and events

Texas (TX), California (CA), New York (NY), Connecticut (CT), Virginia (VA), Pennsylvania (PA), North Carolina (NC), South Carolina (SC), Georgia (GA), Colorado (CO), Wyoming (WY), and Utah (UT).

Compensation & Benefits
  • $60,000 Base Salary

  • $40,000+ Commission Potential (Uncapped)
