START NOW with BIC, as a High Reach Forklift Operator.  

Salary/Pay Rate
2nd Shift: $20.14 per hour
Work Hours:
  2:15 pm – 10:15 pm Mon – Fri with a mandatory overtime until 12:15 am
• Some Saturdays and Sunday's are required for a mandatory overtime.

What's a typical day as a High Reach Operator?
• Operating a Raymond double high reach forklift
• Using work orders and product to pick, pull (with RF Scan Gun) and prep for shipment
• Staging product for shipment

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have previous Raymond stand-up high reach forklift experience (6 months preferred)
• Enjoy performing forklift operation and also material handling  
• Can adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
• Have the ability to stand/walk up to 10 hours daily
Being late or absent without calling is unacceptableAny missed time without a call will be considered unplanned time off and could affect your assignment.
First 90 days
Final Written warning: 1 point
Termination: 2 points
Rolling 12-month period:
Verbal Warning: 3 points
Written Warning: 4 points
Written Warning: 5 points
FINAL Written Warning: 6 Points
Termination: 7 points
