The HR Assistant job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Experience and knowledge of HR and office administration (required)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (required)
Position Details:
  • Full Time M-F 7am-4pm
  • $23.00 p/h
  • Long-term contract (customer hire option)

What's a typical day as an HR Assistant? You'll be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Workforce Management team. Primary responsibilities will include:
  • Tracking job applicant status and medical screening results; scheduling follow-up medical appointments
  • Scheduling travel, expense report processing, meeting set-up, Purchase Requisitions and Orders, and other adhoc reports for department
  • Support on-site and off-site job fairs, including setup and staffing
  • Fostering positive team member relations through a culture of inclusivity and open and transparent 2-way communications
