Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $32–$34/hr

What's a typical day as HR Onsite Generalist? You'll be:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from Kelly employees and leaders
  • Supporting onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires
  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting HR data involving staffing, compensation, benefits, and compliance
  • Maintaining and securing employee records and confidential personnel information
  • Assisting with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and accurate timesheet management in Bullhorn
  • Preparing regular and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
  • Handling performance management processes, including documentation of attendance write-ups, separations, and leaves (WC, FMLA, Unum)
  • Administering employee engagement programs such as referral bonuses, attendance tracking, and recognition awards
  • Coordinating communication and follow-up with internal and external HR contacts
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have 2–3 years of experience in human resources, HR analytics, or administrative support (Must Have)
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Must Have)
  • Possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (Must Have)
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and familiar with HR systems like Bullhorn (Must Have)
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity (Must Have)
  • Bring knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements, and applicant tracking systems (Preferred)
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and a customer service orientation (Preferred)
  • Can work onsite with occasional overtime or flexible scheduling for visibility on 2nd shift (Must Have)
