Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Payrate is based on experience: $30-36 per hour.

What's a typical day as HR Specialist? You'll be:
- Managing and improving HR data quality while establishing robust data governance processes.
- Supporting business stakeholders by ensuring access-related data is accurate, auditable, and aligned with organizational policies.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to understand and respond to access-related queries in a timely and respectful manner.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Have 3–5 years of experience in HRIS, HR data management, business systems analysis, or data auditing.
- Possess proven experience in data management, data quality, or data governance roles.
- Have hands-on experience with HR systems like Workday or similar HCM platforms.
- Demonstrate strong SQL skills and proficiency with tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization/reporting tools.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data and systems to non-technical stakeholders.
- Have experience working in large organizations with complex organizational hierarchies.
- Are responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Can work independently and drive cross-functional alignment.
