Human Resources (HR) Generalist / Administrator
Location: Glastonbury, CT 06033
Compensation: $28-$30/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid Work Environment
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist / Administrator to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will support both internal employees and client organizations across a variety of HR functions, including benefits administration, onboarding, compliance, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities-
Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), FMLA, and other leave programs.

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks, pre-hire paperwork, I-9 verification, and COBRA communication.

Conduct HR compliance audits and assist with corrective and continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain and update HRIS systems (iSolved preferred) and employee records; ensure accuracy through audits and reconciliations.

Support HR initiatives such as policy updates, performance management, salary reviews, and system implementations.

Track and coordinate employee training and professional development programs.

Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for management and client stakeholders.

Provide timely, professional responses to employee and client inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

3–5 years of HR experience, with a focus on benefits administration.

Strong knowledge of HR regulations, employment law, and compliance requirements.

Experience with HRIS systems (iSolved preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
