- Salary: $80,000-$90,000 + bonus

Summary
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall business objectives.
- Understand the business unit's financial position, mid-range plans, culture, and competition.
- Translate business needs into HR solutions.
- Partner with managers on performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR-related issues.
- Address employee relations issues and conflicts.
- Offer expertise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide advice and guidance on a wide range of HR topics, including compensation, benefits, and compliance.
- Analyze trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive and influence key organizational health and engagement initiatives.
- Manage and implement HR programs and initiatives.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Promote employee engagement and retention.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and patterns; use data to inform HR decisions and recommendations.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate HR information to stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of related human resources experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with managers and employees.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Experience in HR areas such as talent management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
