Hybrid Bilingual English/Spanish Tax Software Support Representative  

Looking for a great job close to home? You don't need to look far! Kelly® is hiring Hybrid Bilingual English/Spanish Tax Software Support Representatives for a global software company. This position lets you use your bilingual skills while working 3 days from home and 2 days working from the Kennesaw. GA office

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for tax/accounting software.
  • Assist customers via phone or email, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Log results in the ticketing system and escalate when needed.
  • Work with team members to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Must  have HS or GED completed 
  • 6+ months experience in Help Desk, Call Center, or Customer Support.
  • Comfortable with phone-based customer interactions.
  • Computer literate (PC, Microsoft Office).
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with CCH Pro System fx and CCH Axcess Tax is a plus.
  • Background checks required, including employment, Professional reference and academic verification.

Schedule & Training:

  • Paid training from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET for 3-4 weeks.
  • After training, shifts may fall between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM ET, with occasional weekends.
  • Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts during peak seasons.

Equipment Requirements:

  • Windows 11 Version 24H2
  • High-speed internet (50-100 Mbps download, 10-20 Mbps upload)
  • Cell phone (Needed for dual authentication when logging in)
  • Headset (Wired preferred; wireless is fine but must stay charged)
  • Must be a wired connection, Ethernet cables (Cat 6a, Cat 7, or Cat 8)
  • Processor: 1 GHz or faster, 2+ cores, and on Microsoft's approved CPU list
  • RAM: 4 GB minimum
  • Storage: 64 GB or more
  • Compatibility: Chromebooks and MacBooks are not compatible with the required software.
