Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
• Pay rate: $25/hr

What's a typical day as a Recruiter? You'll be:
• Coordinating and making decisions about the production staffing process
• Effectively communicating ideas for process improvement to ensure understanding and buy-in from the team and key stakeholders
• Coordinating the selection process of production new hires and ensuring compliance
• Supporting sourcing initiatives such as advertising and finding candidates
• Tracking and reporting on KPIs for responsible areas
• Developing solutions to problems of various scope and complexity using Honda problem-solving methods

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have strong planning and organization skills
• Have the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and staffing business conditions
• Are proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Have technical know-how on system integration (HRIS, PeopleSoft, etc.)
• Have basic project management skills with demonstrated application
• Have highly effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Have experience and knowledge in functional staffing management
• Have experience in process enhancements (recruiting and business process)
• Have experience with production workload balancing and transfer of workflow
• Have a basic understanding of Fair-Labor Hiring practices
