Pay Rate: $21.21 per hour

What's a typical day as a Hydraulic Fabricator I
Fabricate fluid transfer lines/tubing and/or hydraulic parts to support the next assembly areas. Ensure quality standards are maintained. 
  • Cut tubing to size per the engineering specifications
  • Bend tubing on the tube benders while maintaining specified blueprint tolerances
  • Setup and operate deburr machines to ensure proper finish
  • Operate Supraport computer system
  • Build hydraulic components and subassemblies from engineering blueprints
  • Operate identification producing equipment
  • Identify material per engineering specifications
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area
  • Support company FOD program
  • Comply with company safety regulation

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1 year related hydraulic experience
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools
  • Must be able to read and interpret blue prints
  • Must be skilled in close tolerance work and have knowledge of use of special tools and equipment
  • Must be able to use basic math
  • Employee must attend and become proficient in the following software programs: or (proficient in all software related programs required to perform job functions) Catia V5, Smarteam, Solumina training
  • Employee must obtain and become Q-stamp qualified within 6 months of signing acceptance letter. (Basic math and reading skills set forth by quality requirements)
