Implementation Representative
Location: Remote
Status: Full-time (Nonexempt), 40 Hours/Week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Starting Pay: $15/hour
 

General Description

The Implementation Representative is the first point of contact for completing all administrative functions of the customer onboarding process. This role communicates directly with customers and works collaboratively with multiple team members to ensure every customer receives their product and experiences World Class Customer Service.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Efficiently and accurately process customer information.
  • Collaborate with our customers associates to facilitate account setup and maintenance.
  • Create accounts and update company information for reporting.
  • Gather required onboarding data from customers and third-party affiliates.
  • Provide introductory training for new customers.
  • Execute service agreements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for designated national accounts.
  • Participate in department projects as assigned.
  • Work with other departments to resolve account issues and implement program changes.
  • Help update all process documentation as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Capable of working independently and completing assignments within set parameters.
  • High school diploma or GED.
Remote Workspace Requirements

our customer requires remote workspaces to meet the following standards. Employees must:

  • Use a dedicated work area.
  • Ensure a safe workspace, free from hazards.
  • Provide adequate lighting, ventilation, and smoke detectors.
  • Maintain a workspace suitable for effective performance.
  • Keep the area free from excessive noise and distractions.
  • Have a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
