Job Title: Imports Supervisor
Location: Elk Grove Village IL.
Pay: $27.34 to 33.98/hr. -    
Shift: 1st shift 9:00am - 5:30pm M-F

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Support import operations including domestic freight delivery, documentation, and customer service
• Conduct audits to verify physical shipments accuracy using bills of lading, invoices, and other documents.
• Identify, record, and report any discrepancies.
• Prepare, distribute or process documentation to ensure required documents are in place and correct.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers, agents, vendors, and shippers to maintain process flows and resolve issues.
• Lead other import clerks for smooth daily operations.

Qualifications/Experiences:

• 5 -7 years in the air freight industry preferred.
