Maintenance Millwright – 2nd Shift (Full-Time) | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Location: Bristol, NH
Pay: $29.63 - $32.75 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift Monday through Friday 3PM-11PM
(Training on 1st Shift required for up to 12 week - Mon-Fri 7AM-3PM)

What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Millwright on our 2nd shift team, you'll play a vital role in the upkeep and improvement of complex machinery and facility systems. After receiving thorough training on 1st shift (7am–3pm), you'll work independently and collaboratively to:

  • Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical production equipment.

  • Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic control systems.

  • Work with molding, trimming, assembly, and rubber mixing equipment.

  • Understand and repair PLC-controlled systems, sensors, switches, and wiring.

  • Follow strict safety protocols including OSHA regulations and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

  • Support facility upgrades and ongoing improvement projects.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar manufacturing maintenance role.

  • Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical (single/three-phase), pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical and electronic systems.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Technical Abilities: Experience with PLCs and diagnostic tools is a plus.

  • Licensing: Valid driver's license required. May be asked to complete certifications like HAZWOPER or Confined Space.

  • Mindset: Self-starter who can work independently and is committed to maintaining a safe and productive environment.

Schedule:
  • 2nd Shift (Evening) Monday through Friday 3PM-11PM

  • Must be available for training on 1st shift (7am–3pm) for a few weeks to months

  • Overtime and weekends as needed
