$23–$27 per hour + 5% shift differential
Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM

A global leader in engineered solutions for the paper manufacturing industry is seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic / Maintenance Millwright for its Austell, GA facility. This site specializes in the maintenance, repair, and precision servicing of industrial rollers critical to paper production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair precision industrial rollers

  • Measure and install a variety of bearings

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

  • Disassemble and reassemble mechanical systems

  • Operate hoists, forklifts, and overhead cranes

  • Use precision measuring devices (micrometers)

  • Perform fabrication (welding, machining, finishing) and industrial painting as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Mechanical repair, welding, or machining experience preferred

  • Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment

  • Willingness to develop multi-skill capabilities (millwright, welding, etc.)

Schedule & Pay

  • Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM

  • Pay: $23–$27/hour + 5% shift differential (based on experience)
