Kelly Engineering is hiring an experienced Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineer for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a groundbreaking medical manufacturing facility in Janesville, Wisconsin.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and mentor engineers on instrumentation and control (I&C) technology

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track

  • Review and guide the design of digital and analog control systems (DCS, PLC, DAQ)

  • Select and specify the right sensors, instruments, and power sources

  • Own the design, procurement, and installation of assigned control equipment

  • Prepare technical specs, wiring diagrams, test plans, and installation drawings

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

  • 5 -10+ years of experience in I&C engineering (nuclear or manufacturing industries preferred)

  • Solid knowledge of control systems, hardware, and software

  • Experience with plant startups and safety-related systems

  • Comfortable making key decisions and asking the right questions when needed
