Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Department Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-perm opportunity. As the Inventory and Shipping Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of logistics within a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include data entry, assisting customers with product locations and delivery inquiries, and serving as a load planner for Intel deliveries. This role demands excellent customer service skills due to the interactive nature of the position.

Compensation:

  • Temp to Perm transition
  • $23 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete accurate data entry in both customer and company systems.
  • Perform double checks for data accuracy.
  • Assist customers with locating products and provide delivery timelines.
  • Serve as a load planner for Intel deliveries.
  • Handle inventory receipt entries in the Chem-Star WMS and customer record systems.
  • Process specialized customer transactions, including handling hold, damaged, or disposition items.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and prepare customer reconciliation reports.
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Perform Quality Checks (QCs) on inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Address basic inquiries about delivery and inventory.
