About the Role 

The Inventory Clerk plays a vital role in supporting the Driver Check-In Process, which runs from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Each day, delivery drivers return to the warehouse with products that need to be checked in, verified, and recorded accurately. This role requires strong attention to detail, solid computer skills, and clear communication to ensure all inventory data is processed correctly. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Receive, verify, and document returned products from delivery drivers 

  • Accurately record inventory data and update internal tracking systems 

  • Communicate any discrepancies or issues promptly to supervisors or team members 

  • Ensure proper labeling and placement of returned goods within the warehouse 

  • Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy 

  • Perform general data entry, email communication, and reporting as needed 

Qualifications & Skills 

Required: 

  • Strong computer skills (data entry, email, basic Excel or inventory software) 

  • Understanding of basic measurements and product quantities 

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills 

Preferred: 

  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics 

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team 

Soft Skills 

  • Dependable and proactive 

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities 

  • Comfortable working in a structured and deadline-driven environment

As an Inventory Clerk, you'll be a key part of the warehouse operations — ensuring products returned from deliveries are accurately inventoried and documented. Your attention to detail and communication skills will help keep inventory data reliable and operations running smoothly.
