Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Hours: Mon. – Fri. 5:30am - 2pm + some occasional overtime

What's a typical day as Inventory Control Coordinator? You'll be:
• Performing on-site program replenishments, disbursements, and stockroom duties such as receiving, put-away, stock rotation, and cycle counts according to customer requirements
• Providing laboratory services including glassware processing, biological waste processing, chemical inventory receipt/reconciliation, and delivering direct shipment orders to end users
• Accessing and following standard operating procedures using computer systems
• Proactively communicating with the supervisor regarding customer concerns or potential problems, and resolving issues within established timeframes
• Maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to company values in all interactions • Performing other responsibilities as assigned by management

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bring at least one year of experience within a laboratory setting (required)
• Are fluent in English and possess strong communication skills
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and professional appearance
• Are comfortable using handheld scanners and have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Possess solid organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking abilities
• Can lift, push, and pull 30-40 pounds consistently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Can stand or walk for prolonged periods and are able to work overtime when needed
• Have reliable transportation and are computer/iPhone literate
