What's a typical day as Inventory Supply Center Specialist? You'll be: • Providing exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with on-site scientists, lab managers, and procurement teams to anticipate needs and resolve product-related inquiries. • Overseeing daily inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, restocking, rotating, and auditing stock to maintain optimal product mix and accuracy. • Maintaining merchandising and branding standards for a visually organized and compliant Supply Center. • Supporting growth initiatives by identifying new product opportunities and implementing on-site promotions, product shows, and customer engagement events. • Collaborating with commercial teams to communicate customer feedback, trends, and competitive intelligence. • Utilizing internal systems to manage orders, monitor usage trends, and ensure accurate, timely replenishment. • Assisting with product shows, seminars, and promotional events, as well as training and onboarding new representatives.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have a high school diploma (required); bachelor's degree in Science is a plus but not required. • Possess a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in life science inventory or inventory management. • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously. • Demonstrate a customer-centric approach and quickly respond to client requirements. • Exhibit a sense of urgency, optimism, and a “can do” attitude. • Are innovative and eager to embrace new challenges and opportunities. • Have the confidence to try new things and learn from experience. • Enjoy motivating and collaborating with others to build strong partnerships. • Can lift up to 15 lbs and stand for long periods while performing job duties. • Are available to work during normal business hours and can travel daily to and from account locations (mileage reimbursed).
