Now hiring an Investigations Support Specialist for our premier college and career readiness client in Iowa City, IA!

Pay: $23.08/hr
Hours: 37.5 hrs/week
Location: Iowa City, IA 52243
Position Type: Temp (6-month project with the possibility of extension for another 6 months)

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing mail and correspondence and managing schedules for panel processing.
• Assist with maintaining individual score review case files at the various stages of the score review process, including preparing evidence for panel review and assisting in the retest process.
• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with ACT staff, examinees and others regarding the score review process and Test Security matters.
• Exercise judgment within defined guidelines related to processing cases in the individual score review process.
• Assist with Test Security individual score review investigations, including compiling and documenting evidence within defined guidelines.
• Provide support to Test Security investigators and management as needed, within scheduled timelines.
