Now Hiring: Junior Buyer (Hybrid) – San Mateo, CA

Schedule: Mon–Fri  |  8AM–5PM
Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote
Pay: $25.00/HR

Duration: 6-month contract with potential to extend

About the Role:
Join the US Procurement team as a Junior Buyer, supporting purchasing operations from our San Mateo office.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with ordering goods and services following company guidelines
• Request and compare supplier quotes
• Create and track purchase orders
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams on order status
• Support supplier setup and maintain records
• Help resolve invoice and delivery issues
• Ensure documentation meets company standards

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
• 1–2 years of relevant experience 
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and Excel skills
• ERP experience (e.g., SAP) is a plus, not required
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
