Kelly Engineering has an outstanding Junior Process Engineer opportunity with a growing company in Lodi, WI, In this position you would play a crucial role in working with products that improve lives, all within a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere.


Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating new product and process projects, facilitating investigation and resolution of process problems, and identifying opportunities and implementing process improvements.
• Work with Production teams to resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment, and product design.
• Be the plant liaison for trials/product development.
• Drive root cause analysis and process improvement efforts.
• Identify, propose, and execute projects to improve efficiency.
• Integrate new technology into an existing business environment.

Qualifications:

• BS Degree in an Engineering discipline
• Engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred
• Exposure to project management
• Strong communication skills
