- Responsible for ensuring accurate order and data entry with focus on customer satisfaction.
- Providing prompt and quality service in areas such as order entry, order management, troubleshooting inquiries, and handling warranty replacements.
- Communicating effectively with sales representatives, regional managers, and various internal teams to resolve issues and support the capital sales business.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service or Medical setting experience is preferred.
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with team members and customers.
- Are detail oriented and capable of following a standardized order entry process to ensure accuracy. SAP or other programs like Oracle.
