Job Title: Lab Technician - Biopharmaceuticals
Location: Knoxville, TN
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm)
Assignment Length: 6 Months

About the Role:In this dynamic role, you'll perform specialized testing, analyze complex data, and ensure all regulatory standards are upheld. You'll be working independently and collaboratively with a focus on unit and donor suitability testing, analytical procedures, and maintaining quality control in line with cGMP guidelines. This is a hands-on, fast-paced environment that requires precision and adherence to safety protocols.
What You'll Do:- Conduct and troubleshoot laboratory tests, interpret results, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Perform routine and complex testing using both manual and automated lab equipment
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring they meet quality control and maintenance standards
- Follow all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Engage in cross-departmental communication, contributing to a collaborative lab environment
- Required: Bachelor's degree in a related science or medical technology field (recent graduates welcome!)
- Preferred: MLT or MT licensure in Tennessee, 2+ years of related experience
- Strong computer skills and effective communication abilities
