Now hiring a Laboratory Technician for our premier client Salt Lake City, UT!


Days: Saturday-Wednesday
Hours: 7am-3:30pm (Sat/Sun), 6am-2:30pm (Mon-Wed)
Pay: $17/hr (weekdays), $20.40/hr (weekends)
Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84123
Position Type: Temp to hire

Job Summary: Perform tasks to support testing throughout the lab: glassware reprocessing, instrument preparation, media formulation and sterilization.

Responsibilities

• Creating liquid test solutions (media) following established operating procedures
• Stocking, removing and organizing media and glassware materials used by Lab Analysts in Sterile Cleanroom or Incubators
• Cleaning and Sterilizing Glassware used in laboratory testing
• Providing additional support to the lab as needed (order supplies, deliver materials, other duties as assigned)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Solid work history
• Experience with assembly line, production manufacturing, or fast food (especially shift leads)
• Ability to follow established procedures and provide support to others
• Hard-working and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
• Have high standards of honesty and integrity
• Ability to stand/walk for 80% of the day and 20% sitting at a desk
