We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Laboratory Associate – Histology to help build our world-class FFPE Biorepository—one quality-controlled sample at a time. What You'll Do:

As a key player in our pathology and product management team, you'll:

• Assist in the creation and organization of high-quality FFPE (Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded) samples for our global inventory.

• Prepare and QC samples for our expanding biorepository—helping scientists access critical materials for disease research.

• Work in Excel and our internal database to ensure accurate reporting, labeling, and tracking of samples.

• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and contribute to process improvement and sample quality.

• Use standard PPE (lab coat, gloves, safety glasses) when handling samples and working in our high-integrity lab environment.

Who You Are:

You're someone who understands that accuracy matters in science—and that research depends on it. You might be early in your career or exploring the lab sciences, but you bring:

• A sharp eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.

• The ability to work independently and efficiently with tools like Microsoft Excel.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration.

• A scientific background or exposure to histology or pathology (a plus, but not required).

• A commitment to quality and care, knowing that your work supports life-changing discoveries.
