We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Laboratory Associate – Histology to help build our world-class FFPE Biorepository—one quality-controlled sample at a time. What You'll Do:
As a key player in our pathology and product management team, you'll:

Assist in the creation and organization of high-quality FFPE (Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded) samples for our global inventory.

Prepare and QC samples for our expanding biorepository—helping scientists access critical materials for disease research.

Work in Excel and our internal database to ensure accurate reporting, labeling, and tracking of samples.

Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and contribute to process improvement and sample quality.

Use standard PPE (lab coat, gloves, safety glasses) when handling samples and working in our high-integrity lab environment.
You're someone who understands that accuracy matters in science—and that research depends on it. You might be early in your career or exploring the lab sciences, but you bring:

A sharp eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.

The ability to work independently and efficiently with tools like Microsoft Excel.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration.

A scientific background or exposure to histology or pathology (a plus, but not required).
