What's a typical day as a Legal Assistant? You'll be:
• Calendaring deadlines, appointments, and events to ensure smooth operations.
• Preparing, proofreading, and filing legal documents in state and federal court.
• Managing and organizing electronic and hard-copy case files to maintain document integrity.
• Arranging and coordinating travel, meetings, calls, and depositions for attorneys.
• Transcribing attorney dictation to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Communicating with clients and outside attorneys, maintaining updated contact information.
• Supporting attorneys and paralegals with workflows, particularly during trial preparation.
• Performing other general office duties as needed to assist the team.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Possess strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Have strong computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Typing speed of 50+ wpm is preferred.
