Job Summary:
Kelly Services wants you to join our dynamic team as a 2nd Shift Supervisor! In this pivotal role, you will oversee the timely processing of orders and ensure that our taskers are equipped to meet their goals. Your leadership will be crucial in resolving any issues that arise during the shift, fostering an efficient and productive work environment.
Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Supervisor
- Location: Mount Vernon, Indiana
- Pay Rate: $28/hr
- Shift: 2nd Shift 2PM-10PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support taskers to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
- Monitor workflow and address any operational challenges that may arise.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
- Provide training and guidance to new team members.
- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team effectively.
