Traffic Office Coordinator II – 2nd Shift
Denver, CO, 80238
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 11:30am–8pm
Starting pay $20/hr
This is a temp (one year) and then will become permanent

Company Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Traffic Coordinator to serve as a vital liaison between our customer's traffic office and  logistics operations. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the accurate processing and completion of inbound and outbound shipments while building strong relationships with our customers, associates, and vendors.
What You'll Do:

  • Track, trace, and expedite shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Resolve transportation and shipping issues swiftly and effectively
  • Respond to customer calls, address concerns, and strive to exceed expectations
  • Organize workflow in a high-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities
  • Build positive, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Flex your hours as needed, including occasional overtime, based on customer demands
Skills & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities in fast-paced settings
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Self-driven: capable of working independently and adapting to variable schedules
