- Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary for Shift Manager:
- $65,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)
Job Overview:
The Shift Manager is responsible for managing Deport operators, Techs and calibration sp. fleet health, and overall site operations. This role includes overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions
Key Responsibilities:
- Personnel Management: Oversee the performance and well-being of onsite personnel during the shift, ensuring that staff are properly aligned with their responsibilities and tasks.
- Operations Oversight: Manage all site operations during the shift, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows, operational safety, and adherence to company procedures.
- Fleet Health Management: Monitor the health and status of the fleet, addressing any issues and coordinating teams to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
- Shift Handoff: Ensure effective handoff between shifts, sharing critical information and updates with the incoming team to maintain continuity in operations.
- Shift Summary Reporting: Compile and deliver detailed shift reports.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring that they continue to develop professionally and are aligned with operational objectives.
- Experience: A professional with a minimum of 5 years of people management experience, preferably in logistics, automotive, or operations environments. Ideally with AVs.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Operational Expertise: In-depth knowledge of site operations, fleet management, and resource coordination.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve operational issues quickly, and escalate more complex problems to Site Manager
