This is a contract position that will go permanent after 6 months!
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.59/hr

What's a typical day as a Logistics Specialist? You'll be:
- Managing carrier delivery performance and ensuring delivery performance targets are met, while reporting on delivery progression and achieving cost reduction targets.
- Collaborating with Suppliers, Carriers, SCM Operations, and SCM Packaging to ensure a smooth supply chain flow.
- Leading situation appraisal and analysis of carrier performance, conducting meetings with carriers to develop and implement improvement plans.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or have equivalent related experience.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office, GPCS, and AS400.
