Now hiring a Logistics Specialist for our premier client in Waite Park, MN!

Pay: $21/hr
Hours: 8am-5pm, M-F
Location: Waite Park, MN 56387
Position Type: Temp to hire
Start Date: 4/28

Job Summary: You will start in the warehouse then transition into a customer service/sales representative role.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Duties
  • Shipping and receiving using Ship Exec that is managed through our SAP system.
  • Daily inventory count sheets
  • Picking, pulling, and packing product according to picking tickets that print out each day.
  • Kitting mechanical parts and units that will require the use of a torque wrench, cutting hose, and piecing products together.
  • Driving our delivery vehicle a minimum of 3 days a week. Distance range of 10 miles to 40 miles a day.
• Customer Service/Sales Representative Duties
  • Researching products using internet, manufacturers websites, catalogs
  • Entering data in SAP
  • Creating quotes to customers
  • Processing orders for customers
  • Keeping up on communications with our vendors to ensure that our customers are taken care of
  • 80% email communication, 20% phone communication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient on the computer and navigating various software
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Customer service experience
