About the Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Supervisor to manage our daily logistics operations, with a strong emphasis on ERP system oversight and international import/export compliance. If you have a proven track record in supply chain management and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee and coordinate logistics operations, including receiving, shipping, warehousing, and inventory control

  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and documentation procedures

  • Manage and optimize ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) for efficient inventory and supply chain tracking

  • Work closely with internal departments, vendors, and freight forwarders to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries

  • Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvements across logistics functions

  • Resolve shipping and customs-related issues, including delays and damages

  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of all logistics transactions and inventory levels

  • Lead, train, and develop logistics staff to ensure a high-performing team

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent)

  • Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and global trade practices

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field

  • Relevant certifications (APICS, CILT, or equivalent)

  • Background in a manufacturing or distribution environment
