About the Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Supervisor to manage our daily logistics operations, with a strong emphasis on ERP system oversight and international import/export compliance. If you have a proven track record in supply chain management and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:

Oversee and coordinate logistics operations, including receiving, shipping, warehousing, and inventory control

Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and documentation procedures

Manage and optimize ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) for efficient inventory and supply chain tracking
-
Work closely with internal departments, vendors, and freight forwarders to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries
-
Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvements across logistics functions
-
Resolve shipping and customs-related issues, including delays and damages
-
Maintain thorough and accurate records of all logistics transactions and inventory levels

Lead, train, and develop logistics staff to ensure a high-performing team
What You Bring:
-
Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent)

Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and global trade practices

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field

Relevant certifications (APICS, CILT, or equivalent)

Background in a manufacturing or distribution environment
