Kelly Services is hiring for a Lumper position in Ontario, CA for a temp to hire role. As a Lumper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of incoming and outgoing orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Location: Ontario, CA 91761
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM overtime required can be an additional hour before &/or after shift.
Hourly Rate: $18.25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds consistently.

• Order Processing: Receive and process incoming and outgoing orders, verifying the contents against tickets or receipts to ensure accuracy.

• Sorting: Sort packages according to appropriate distribution channels to ensure timely delivery.

• Order Fulfillment: Pull orders from the warehouse, ensuring the correct products are selected and prepared for shipping.

• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area at all times, following all safety protocols.

• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout shift.

• Prior lumping experience is required. Resume will be reviewed.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

• Must be reliable and punctual.
