Pay: $17–$19/hour (based on shift and experience).

Shifts Available:

• A Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• B Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• C Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You'll Do:
As a Machine Operator or Helper, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality in every product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machines to ensure smooth production.
• Adjust settings and calibrate machines to meet production specs.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs, reporting major issues to maintenance teams.
• Inspect finished products to guarantee quality standards are met.
• Follow safety protocols and wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Keep detailed records of machine performance, production data, and issues.
