Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$18 - $20 per hour – based on experience
Monday – Friday / 1st shift

What's a typical day as a Machine Operator? You'll be:
• Setting up and adjusting machine components based on customer orders and work order specifications, reporting to the Production Supervisor and taking direction from the Team Leader.
• Running machines to produce products that meet customer specifications.
• Observing machine operations, gauges, meters, and controls to ensure safety, quality, and uniformity while monitoring production for any equipment malfunctions.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) and 6 to 12 months of related experience, including familiarity with small hand tools and simple machine controls.
• Are a team player with strong listening skills and organizational planning abilities.
• Possess effective time management skills and the ability to learn on the fly.
