Now Hiring: Machine Operator Location: Boothwyn, PA Pay Rate

$18.00 per hour
The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met throughout the shift.
Work Schedule-
Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Weekly rotation between day and night shifts every 2 weeks

Schedules:

Sunday – Wednesday

Wednesday – Saturday
-
Typical rotation includes 4 days on / 3 days off, alternating between days and nights every 2 weeks
Key Responsibilities-
Set up and operate all production equipment
-
Clean and change tooling as required by the production schedule
-
Maintain quality standards during the shift, including the use of dial calipers and micrometers
-
Label production on each production line
-
Retrieve raw materials required for production
-
Remove finished stock from extrusion lines for transfer to inventory
-
Operate a forklift from production to inventory staging areas
-
Maintain accurate inventory counts for production during the shift

Put away finished goods into warehouse storage racks

Complete daily production logs
-
Authorized to shut down a production line if production or quality standards are not being met and management cannot be reached

High school diploma, GED, or vocational/technical training
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Strong commitment to safety and proper use of PPE (heat-resistant gloves, sleeves, steel-toed boots)

Minimum of two years of manufacturing experience

Mechanical aptitude
-
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

Forklift operation experience required
