 1st and 2nd shift. Join a thriving team that values quality, teamwork, and your professional development!

Pay & Shifts:

  • 2nd Shift: $19.00/hr – Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
  • 1st Shift: $17.00/hr – 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn to operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently
  • Complete equipment set-ups to meet customer specifications and internal quality standards
  • Inspect parts for quality, document results, and maintain equipment condition
  • Keep workstations clean and organized; ensure all tools are stored properly
Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Ability to read blueprints and production instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Basic math skills
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Ability to troubleshoot machine issues
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools
