Polaris Industries is seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our team in Monticello, MN. This is a 2nd shift position, working Monday-Thursday, 4:30pm to 3am. We offer a competitive salary of $20.33/hour and a rewarding work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC equipment to precision standards, ensuring proper use of machines, tooling, and inspection equipment.
  • Load parts into machines and verify settings by measuring positions, first-run, and sample parts.
  • Maintain production rate in terms of cycle time, quantity, and quality assigned to the job.
  • Utilize various measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and other inspection gauges.
  • Produce high-quality parts to specifications and assist in identifying root causes and corrective actions for quality problems.
  • Perform in-process inspection of machined parts and accurately complete the required paperwork, such as the Inspection Process (IP) sheet.

Qualifications:

  • Experience operating CNC equipment is required.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong understanding of basic machining principles and practices.
  • Proficient in using various measuring tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
