Description

Role Summary:  The machine operator job involves operating production machinery, ensuring product quality through continuous monitoring and minor adjustments, and managing the entire production process from stocking materials to mailing finished goods. You'll be responsible for maintaining equipment, meticulous documentation (production, inventory, ISO controls), and general shop floor upkeep.
  Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • To be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder and able to obtain a Moderate Risk - Public Trust clearance from the U.S. State Department after being hired.
  • The ability to prioritize, troubleshoot routine machine issues, and interpret SOPs is essential
  • Strong communication, basic math, and computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel).
Work Environment & Physical Demands

This is a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels, requiring you to wear safety shoes and potentially other PPE. You'll need excellent eye-hand coordination, the ability to distinguish colors, and be comfortable with repetitive motions and lifting up to 35 pounds.
