Position: Machine Operator / Print Production
Location: El Dorado Hills, CA
Schedule: Alternate between Day, Swing and Night
Pay Rate: $19.00/HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify the availability of plates, ink, materials, and tools for each job. 
• Stage and scan materials to the correct locations and support FIFO material use.
• Assist Press Operators by feeding materials, remounting, replacing tools, and managing plate/tool requests.
• Safely operate and inspect equipment such as cranes, mounting stations, and forklifts. Report any equipment issues.
• Perform weekly preventive maintenance on hot stamp units and support other general maintenance duties.
• Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in print manufacturing, production, or operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and 70 lbs with assistance
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers)
• Ability to follow instructions and perform simple tasks

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years in print manufacturing or production
• Experience with Production Management Systems (Radius) or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Print-related training or certification

Physical Demands:

• Frequent standing, walking, and reaching
• Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 70 lbs with assistance
