Machine Operator – Printing Production (A Shift)

Location: Rochester, NY (Near Gates – limited bus line access)
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Paid Weekly

Looking for a full-time opportunity where you can build your machine and production skills in a clean, organized facility? We're now hiring a Machine Operator – Printing Production for a busy print manufacturer near Gates, NY. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and an interest in learning new equipment.

Shift & Pay:

  • A Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Pay: $17.00/hour
Overtime: Flexibility required for mandatory overtime as needed

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Set up and operate cutting equipment for printed materials
  • Monitor quality, accuracy, and alignment throughout the process
  • Read and follow production specifications and job orders
  • Assist in other production areas such as labeling, packaging, or quality checks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Support shift leads and supervisors in meeting daily production goals
  • Work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required during busy seasons

What You Bring:
  • Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to measure accurately
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
  • Reliable transportation (site is not on a bus line)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
