- Sorting checks, keeping payroll records, taking inventory, and distributing mail.
- Acting as an information and communication distributor for the office.
- Communicating with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, explain information, and address complaints.
- Answering telephones, directing calls, and taking messages.
- Compiling, copying, sorting, and filing records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
- Computing, recording, and proofreading data and other information such as records or reports.
- Maintaining and updating filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
- Have a high school diploma or GED (required).
- Bring 2-4 years of administrative or customer service related experience (required).
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and deliver excellent customer service.
- Can work independently, manage your time effectively, and keep information organized and confidential.
- Are experienced with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
