$20-$22/hour
9am-5pm Monday-Friday

What's a typical day as a Maintenance Coordinator? You'll be:
- Communicating essential information to residents regarding utility shutdowns, fire alarm testing, and maintenance updates.
- Managing BuildingLink work orders, monitoring their timely completion, and following up with residents to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinating with contractors for utility shutdowns and maintaining accurate logs for renovations and maintenance activities.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with residents and contractors.
- Are detail-oriented with experience in managing work orders and maintenance schedules.
