This is a direct hire Maintenance Technician position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Position Information:
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns; repair, replace, and program electrical and electronic components such as microprocessors, programmable controllers, solid state controls, temperature controls, motors, gauges, and control panels.
• Inspect, perform preventive maintenance, and conduct safety checks on all electrical equipment.
• Perform a variety of electrical tasks, including running diagnostics on machines, installing receptacles, replacing ballasts, running conduit, pulling wiring, servicing panels and breakers, maintaining parking lot lighting, and digging trenches for electrical wiring.
• Replace brushes and bearings for motors, tachometers, and generators as needed.
• Assist in the construction, installation, and problem-solving activities related to new or existing equipment and machinery.
• Interpret and work from electronic diagrams, blueprints, schematics, job tickets, work requests, and both written and verbal instructions.
• Use electrical and electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, voltmeters, ammeters, meggers, digital meters, calibration devices, and laptop computers.
• Operate fork trucks and scissor lifts as needed and perform general cleaning duties to maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
• Maintain necessary records, follow all GMP, safety, and company regulations, and help support other maintenance crews.
Required Experience:
• High school diploma required, Associates degree in technical or related field preferred
• 2-3 years of Industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and flexibility by consistently maintaining an excellent attendance record, including working scheduled overtime as needed.
• Ability to perform all duties safely and efficiently
