Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our Food and Beverage partner in Lakeland, FL.

This position involves troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while promoting continuous improvement and upholding safety and quality standards. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining, testing, and repairing equipment critical to our beverage production line.

Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotation, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Overview:

Health & Safety Compliance:

  • Adhere to all safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and use required PPE.
  • Maintain and update safety materials, including MSDS sheets, HAZCOM records, and OSHA/EPA regulations.
  • Identify and correct unsafe conditions promptly.
Preventive Maintenance & Repairs:
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records.
  • Schedule and perform routine maintenance on equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
  • Inspect and maintain tools in excellent condition.
Equipment Diagnostics:
  • Diagnose and repair equipment involving:
  • Electrical and plumbing systems.
  • HVAC systems.
  • Irrigation, roofing, and flooring.
  • Security systems, lighting, and more.
  • Recommend improvements for equipment performance.
Inventory Management:
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and materials to address common repairs.
Team Leadership:
  • Train and guide maintenance staff as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

  • Strong proficiency in written, verbal, and arithmetic skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership capabilities to train and direct maintenance staff.
  • Knowledge and experience with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
