Manufacturing Associate – 2nd Shift | $17.60/hr | Lima, NY
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Paid Training | Great Opportunity to Learn & Grow

Looking for a hands-on role where you can build skills and advance your career? Join a respected printing and packaging company on the 2nd shift near Henrietta, Avon, and Honeoye Falls. We provide paid training and a supportive team environment.

Shift & Pay:

  • Monday – Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Starting at $17.60/hour with weekly pay
Temp-to-Hire with strong potential for growth

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Operating and maintaining production machinery with safety and efficiency
  • Performing quality checks and assisting with product packaging and labeling
  • Supporting shipping and inventory preparation
  • Keeping accurate production records and maintaining a clean work area
  • Collaborating with team members to hit production targets

What You Bring:
  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new skills
  • Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Reliable transportation (note: no bus service available)
